Our Story

Mr. Damodar Das Baranwal (1917-1976) started the carpet business in 1942 in our family. He was a great visionary and pioneer. His son Mr. Bholanath Baranwal took the family business to new horizons. He added modern dyeing plant (1976), colour system (1978), introduced new pattern renowned as Bhola Bidjarâ (1980), became founder President of first carpet fair in India  (1982), organized all India Carpet Design Competition (1985), became first company in carpet belt to get ISO 9000 (1987), participated as first Indian company in Domotex (1990), first carpet company to have public shares (1995), and imported spinning plant from Belgium (1998). The company won various honours, awards and recognitions from government agencies, associations, organizations for best carpet, highest export performance excreta from time to time.

His two sons Mr. Harish Baranwal and Mr. Vivek Baranwal has taken the legacy of family business and committed to continue the society and clients
